| featured The setting is another Saturday night, and you're sitting here with a bottle of vodka half-empty between limp fingers. The room is dark, the sheets are stained with sweat and blood and you wonder why you do this to yourself. You could say it's the thrill that never fails to come, but it goes just as easily when you pass out. You could make up any number of excuses about how it makes you feel real when you pound your fist in to the wall, in to the floor, in to the bathroom mirror. If you could, you would pound it in to your face, but it doesn't feel the same if it's not someone else. They're all lies. They're all lies because at the end of the day, sitting on your filthy bed, fists bruised and bleeding, you still feel like shit and it comes down to the same, irritating question - why? Everything posted here was/would be previously posted under hey_pal, my graphics journal, but I've decided having another journal simply for writing would be easier to manage.
